A Death Book (not an official name) is a special linking book written so that anyone who links into it will be killed, whether they link into a trap or an uninhabitable world. They were mainly used as a form of capital punishment, though a dying Aitrus rewrote a linking book to become a death book to fool A'Gaeris into following him, causing him to fall to his death in lava.
