Ri'neref believed strongly in that book and built the Regeltovokum in D'ni City as a reminder of its prophecies.[1]
The book prophecised the specifications of the Temple of the Great King which King Ja'kreen followed to the letter, causing many to question its dimensions and be angered during its construction.[2]
